- Our Red Bell Peppers are all natural, mature Red Sweet Bell Peppers that have been dehydrated, dried and diced into approximately 3/8 inch pieces. Red Bell Peppers are wonderful with sauces, soups, pasta, stews, casseroles, meat loaf, rice, and much more! Around 10 pounds of fresh Red Bell Peppers may be used to make 1 pound of dried, diced Red Bell Peppers. - To rehydrate: Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Or soak in cold water for 1-2 hours.
